Ingredients:
- ½ cup of freshly brewed Café Mexicano Chiapas Reserve
- 6 ounces whole milk, or milk of choice
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup, unsweetened chocolate or Chiapas chocolate
Directions:
- In a saucepan or microwave, combine the milk and chocolate. Heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling, stirring continuously
- Froth the mixture using your preferred method
- If desired, drizzle chocolate syrup in your mug. Add the coffee, then pour the frothed milk over it, scooping out any remaining foam from the jar
- Top with whipped cream and additional chocolate, if desired
